Alhamdulillah, the past year at Generation’s has been nothing short of transformative. With the successful inauguration of the Generation’s College Programme, we proudly marked our College Launchpad Year—a bold step forward in our school’s enduring journey of nurturing thoughtful, capable, and value-driven young adults.

Rooted in 35 years of unwavering commitment to quality education, holistic development, and leadership grounded in strong values, Generation’s College represents an extension of this legacy and its next vibrant chapter. The Launchpad Year was aptly named: it was about laying down deep foundations, setting rigorous standards, and energising the campus with new aspirations, so that our Shaheens could take flight with confidence and purpose.

A Year of New Beginnings

The College Launchpad Year was significant on many fronts. It was the year we:

  • Unveiled the New College Programme, offering a robust suite of 16 A Level subjects coupled with pioneering Core Programmes designed to enrich academic knowledge and, more importantly, life skills, social consciousness, and personal growth. This holistic framework moved decisively beyond a purely exam-centric model, aligning with our long-held belief that education must prepare young people for life, not just tests.
  • Introduced the New College Paradigms, reshaping how we think about student learning. Empowerment, maturity, and living our values were brought to the forefront, creating a culture where students learn to lead themselves and others with integrity.
  • Brought to Life the New College Campus, divided into four dynamic zones—College Hub, College Hive, College Academy, and College Circle. Each space was thoughtfully designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, and a sense of belonging, from the buzzing Crossroads Café to the Life Quest Studio that supports emotional and career journeys.
  • Established New Practices and Structures, including policies and dedicated roles like the Student Affairs Office, ensuring that every Shaheen finds tailored guidance and encouragement to grow in academics, leadership, and beyond.
  • Built a Visionary College Management and Faculty Team, combining seasoned educators with fresh talent who share a passion for shaping well-rounded individuals. Together, they upheld the academic rigor and caring mentorship that Generation’s is known for.

A Community in Motion

Throughout the year, the campus thrived with energy. The inaugural Launchpad Week welcomed first-year Shaheens with ice-breaking activities, tours of the new college zones, engaging society conventions, and academic orientation sessions that set the tone for a vibrant college culture.

Parents were actively involved through student-led PTMs, counselling sessions, and showcases of the college programme, reflecting our deep belief in the partnership between school, student, and family. Events like the Society Convention highlighted the breadth of student interests and talents, while service initiatives under Project Spectrum began embedding community responsibility into the fabric of college life.

  • The 9th iteration of the Abdul Sattar Edhi Sports Fest, where students competed with passion, building sportsmanship and camaraderie.

These grand occasions were not just highlights; they were vital expressions of the holistic education we stand for, reinforcing leadership, teamwork, resilience, and a spirit of community service.

Laying the Foundation for the Future

The College Launchpad Year was not merely about beginning… The year was about building with intention. The groundwork for timetabling, staffing, academic planning, and leadership development was meticulously laid to ensure that Generation’s College becomes a benchmark of excellence and holistic growth in the years to come.

For our A2s, who were part of this first cohort, the journey continues this year with a renewed sense of ownership as they move towards the culmination of their A Level programme. For our educators and leaders, it is a time of refining practices and deepening impact. For incoming students and parents, it is an invitation into a thoughtfully crafted experience where academic distinction is harmonised with personal discovery and strong moral grounding.

More Than a Launch — A Legacy in the Making

As we close the College Launchpad Year and move forward, we do so with hearts full of gratitude and purpose. This is not simply the story of a new college opening; rather it is the unfolding of a vision where young adults are equipped with Wings — with Roots: soaring high into global possibilities, firmly anchored in values that give life depth and meaning.

Together, we look ahead to strengthening this journey, knowing that the seeds sown this year will bear fruit not only in the achievements of our students but in the lives they lead and the communities they uplift.

Bismillah.
